{RUSH ORDERS}
If you are in a hurry just let me know BEFORE you purchase. I do try and get all items made as quickly as possible. Most of the time it is more like 2-4 business days, but with 3 boys you never know what the day will bring!

{SIZES}
I use Carter's brand bodysuits in size Newborn all the way to 24 months.

Monag brand is used for the baby sized tees, 6 month (3-6), 12 month (6-12) and 18 month (12-18).

American Apparel Lap Tees (tshirt with a collar like a bodysuit) in baby sizes and toddler sized tee shirts in size 2,4, 6, and 8 (in the cap sleeves). The American Apparel tees do run small. ~The tees run SMALL--I always recommend sizing up.


{ORDERING}
To ensure that your item(s) get made as quickly as possible please make sure you have provided all information needed (size, sleeve length, font style, letter, etc.). I will contact you via Etsy conversation with any questions that I may have about your order.

I WILL ship to gift recipient! If you are sending as a gift just let me know. It will be wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon. If you would like me to include a note just let me know what to write.

{CUSTOM ORDERS}
Custom orders are welcome!!
If you don't see what you are looking for please contact me and let me know which fabric or colors you are looking for and I will be glad to help you!
Custom Orders may take longer. Please allow at least 2 weeks.
~For orders that require ordering fabric that I do not carry there will be a minimum $3 charge (may be more if fabric cost is more).

{SALES TAX}
North Carolina residents will be charged a 6.75% sales tax.

Welcome

Hello! Thank you so much for your interest in shopping with me!

All items are handmade with quality designer fabric and quality brand tees and bodysuits. Most items are made when they are purchased. Some items that are listed are things that are made and ready to ship. This way there is a good variety of things you may need right away and things you would like tweaked to make them unique to you. If you see something you like but want it a little different please do not hesistate to ask, custom orders are always welcome!

Below are my shop policies, but please feel free to ask any questions if you don't see what you need. I try to be very flexible and meet as many needs as possible, so it never hurts to ask!

Payment

I accept Paypal, the prefered method, or money order. Please note that your items will not be mailed until I receive payment.

Payment or contact about payment must be done with in 24 hours of purchase. I will send you an e-mail and conversation and then after that I will cancel the sale if I do not hear from you. If for some reason you have changed your mind or did not mean to purchase the item, please contact me as soon as possible and let me know.

North Carolina residents will have a 6.75% sales tax.

Shipping

Please allow 3-4 business days (not counting weekends or holidays) after purchase before items ship. If it is a custom order please ask me about estimated shipping date.

Custom orders may take as long as two weeks(usually less, this is only if I have to order something) to mail out, so please give me at least two weeks notice as to when you need them.

The items labeled ready to ship will be mailed out on the next available shipping day, except purchases made after 8pm EST. Those will count as being made the next day and will mail out on the next shipping day.

Everything is sent with the USPS. Most things are mailed with First class (which states 3-5 days) or if it is larger Priority Mail (which is 2-3 days). If you need next day please contact me first and I will adjust shipping. I can also send it through UPS, just let me know first.

All items are tied with ribbon and a tag. I WILL send to a giftees address, just let me know who and where and if you would like a note included. Those will be wrapped in tissue paper with ribbon and a note if you wish.

Please make sure your Paypal address is correct. I print my shipping labels straight from Paypal and I am not responsible for packages shipped to wrong address.

BUYER is responsible for any customs charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you are not pleased then please contact me within 10 days of your purchase and we will see what we can do.

{Measurements}
Pants:
Sizes and Measurements (These are the measurements from the waist to the bottom of the ruffle on the outer leg seam.)

These can be custom made shorter into capris.

6 month- 13.5"
9 month- 14.5"
12 month- 16"
18 months- 16.25"
2 T- 17"
3T- 19"
4T- 21"
5T- 22"
6- 24"

{Custom Orders}
I will switch anything out for you, as long as it is a like item (different color burp cloth, etc). Please just contact me before you purchase to make sure I have enough of the fabric.

I will definitely do custom orders or different sizes just let me know what you need or want and I will see what I can do. For custom orders of fabric that I have to order and cost more for me, there will be an added charge or anywhere from $3-$5. There is also a $3 charge for larger sized clothing size 8-12.

{Wholesale}
I do offer wholesale prices. Just contact me and I will be happy to send a price sheet with details.

{Specials}
I do offer discounts or run specials just check my Facebook page, Twitter or sign up for my monthly newsletter for the current special.

{Studio}
All items are made in a pet free and smoke free home. As well as far away from my children and any food or drink, so no chance of anything catching a spill!
