Welcome to Oh So Retro! I'm a one woman sewing biz based out of Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada. My trusty sewing machine and I create wallets, pillows, clothing and accessories out of eco cottons and repurposed vintage textiles.
All my products are made using a vintage 1954 Piedmont straight stitch sewing machine.
Payment
PAYMENT should be made through PAYPAL within 24 hours of purchase. A reminder will be sent out on the 2nd day and the transaction will be canceled if no payment or communication has been made after 3 days.
Let me know if you would like me to reserve an item until you have the funds to pay for it. Items can be held for up to one week.
Thunder Bay buyers have the option to pick up their orders and pay in person to save on shipping fees. Please email ahead of time if you plan to pick up your order.
Shipping
Shipping notification will be sent once your item is packed and ready to be mailed. If you ever have any questions feel free to contact me about your transaction.
All orders ship via Canada Post letter mail and will arrive within one to three weeks, world wide.
Please note holidays will add onto your shipping time.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me to discuss the problem. I am happy to work with my customers. You will be issued store credit or given a replacement item at your choosing.
Items that appear lost in the mail an take upwards of one month to arrive outside of Canada. If a month has passed and your order has still not arrived please contact me to make alternate arrangements.
QUALITY GUARANTEE

I guarantee the high quality of my work and will repair or replace any item deemed defective. No money will change hands, you pay for postage sending the item to me and I will pay for postage sending the fixed item back to you. This is good for snaps, zippers, purse straps and seams. I am not responsible for worn out or damaged items. If an item can not be replaced or repaired it will be replaced with an item as similar to the original as possible.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

To redeem your gift certificate visit my Etsy shop at http://ohsoretro.etsy.com and add your items to your cart. Choose "other" as your payment type and enter your unique gift certificate code in the message to seller box. If your order exceeds the certificate value, you will receive an adjusted invoice through Paypal for any amount owing. If the value of your item is lower than the value of the gift certificate, you will receive an adjusted gift certificate code for the remaining amount.
Gift Certificates are good for any item in my shop including shipping charges.
WHOLESALE AND CONSIGNMENT

GIFT WRAPPING

Free gift wrapping and delivery service available year round! Include a note in "notes to seller" if your order is a gift and if you would like it wrapped or any message you would like to include. Make sure to include the recipients address when you check out.
