Welcome

Cabochons and jewelry findings for the discerning crafter. I offer a wide selection of cabochons, coordinated cabochon kits, bobby pins and ring blanks. If you are looking for something you dont see, let me know and perhaps I can source it for you.

Payment

Payments may be made via Paypal or with a credit card directly thru Etsy.

Please note that Georgia residents pay 7% sales tax.

Shipping

I ship every business day (Monday thru Friday) excluding Federal holidays when there is no mail service. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment, though most will be shipped sooner. Please note that e-checks (bank draft via PayPal) take 3-5 days to clear- orders paid via e-check will not ship until PayPal sends notification that the payment has cleared.

**Please make sure that the address you have listed in Etsy is correct. I ship all orders to the address listed on your order.**

All items are shipped via USPS First Class mail unless weight of package dictates otherwise. All domestic packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation so that you can track your order. Packages usually take 2-5 days to arrive in the US depending on distance. If you have not received your pacakage within a reasonable amount of time, please let me know so that I can take care of you.

International Orders: Packages are shipped via USPS. Please note: Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes on the package levied by customs in their home country. I will not mark the items as "gift" or state a lower value on the customs form. Please note that while USPS does provide some tracking on international shipments, most orders cannot be tracked once they leave the US

Shipping times for international orders vary greatly. For example, European packages can arrive in as little as one week. Australian packages have taken anywhere from three weeks to seven weeks, though the average is 3-4 weeks. This is due to varying lengths of time the package spends in customs in the countries to where they are sent. Total shipping time may be anywhere from 30-60 days. If you have not received your package within 60 days, please let me know so that I can take care of you.

** Please note: Beads get heavy quickly. I've done my best to set rates as close as possible to actual shipping/handling costs, but at times there will be shipping overages, especially if there are many items in one order. I will refund the difference between actual shipping costs and the amount collected when the difference exceeds $2.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are given for the amount of the item minus the initial shipping cost once the returned items are received. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable for items returned due to change of mind. Please note that customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return items due to change of mind as well.

If your item arrives damaged, please convo me and let me know so that I can send you a replacement. Please note: I do not ever expect you to send me the damaged item back. Feel free to toss it! If I cannot replace the item, I will issue a refund for the item including its associated shipping cost. I do my best to package your purchases so that this does not happen often, but it will happen occasionally with some of the more delicate flowers despite my love affair with bubble wrap.

Please make sure and check your order when it is received. I do my best to make sure that it is correct before I send it out, but mistakes do happen. If you find I have sent you an incorrect item or have missed an item, please convo me and let me know. I will send your corrected item out immediately. If I cannot send the correct item, I will refund the cost of the item and its associated shipping cost. I do not expect you to send incorrect items back to me. It's my mistake and I don't want you to be inconvenienced. Hopefully it will be something you can still use and if not, perhaps someone you know will enjoy it. Customer service is my #1 goal and I want you to be satisfied, so please do let me know if something is amiss as soon as possible.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am happy to create custom listings for "mix and match" items are well as larger quantities. Please note that once a custom listing is made, it will remain active for 7 days. If the listing has not been purchased within 7 days, the listing will be deleted and the items will be returned to inventory.
