CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES:
* Orders that only contain chenille ornaments and/or any items that say "in stock and ready to ship" in the listing description usually ship on the next business day after your completed payment is received.
* Items that say "MADE TO ORDER" in the listing title are currently shipping 1-2 weeks after your completed payment is received.

Payment
I accept the following forms of payment:
1. PAYPAL
Please note that eCheck payments made via PayPal will take 3-5 business days to clear, and therefore, to ship.
2. CREDIT CARDS
You can pay securely with a credit/debit card using PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account. After clicking the green "Check out with PayPal" button in your shopping cart, click the link at the bottom of the next screen where it says "Don't have a PayPal account? Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest." You will then be able to complete the secure checkout process with your credit card.
NJ RESIDENTS PLEASE NOTE: 7% NJ Sales Tax will be automatically applied to your purchase total at checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Old World Primitives reserves the right to cancel a sale to any buyer with a history of negative or abusive feedback.
Shipping
I will ship your order to the address that you provide during the checkout process. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide me with the correct shipping address.
*** DOMESTIC ***
I ship ornaments and small dolls via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation, usually the next business day after receiving your cleared payment. Larger dolls ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, usually the next business day after receiving your cleared payment. I will provide you with the tracking number for your package when it ships.
*** INTERNATIONAL ***
I ship larger dolls via USPS Priority Mail International with Delivery Confirmation. This shipping method usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive. I will provide you with the tracking number for your package when it ships.
I ship ornaments and small dolls via USPS First Class International. This shipping method usually takes 1-3 weeks. In rare cases, a Customs delay may bump delivery time up to 4-6 weeks. I will provide you with the label number for your package when it ships.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping option to Priority Mail International (which takes 6-10 business days to arrive) or to Express Mail International (which takes 3-5 business days to arrive), please feel free to contact me for a rate quote:

* International buyers are responsible for all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries, should they be assessed.
*** EXPEDITED SHIPPING UPGRADE OPTIONS ***
1. USPS Priority Mail shipping.
This shipping method will get your package to you in 1-3 business days for orders within the USA, and 6-10 days for International orders. If you wish to upgrade, please send me a convo:

2. USPS Express Mail shipping.

*** GIFTS ***
You are welcome to place orders to be shipped directly to a gift recipient. Each and every package that I mail out is beautifully wrapped, and will be nicely presented for your gift recipient. I don't include receipts in any packages (this saves trees), so I won't include one with your gift order either. If you would like me to include a gift note in your package at no extra charge, please specify what you would like it to say in the Note to Seller field during the checkout process. Don't forget to change your own shipping address to the address of the gift recipient during checkout too.
Please note: You will need to place a separate order for each separate recipient that you are having me ship a gift to.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want every Old World Primitives customer to be delighted with their purchase. I am confident that you will be happy with your goodies, but in the event that you are not, please convo me within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to arrange for a return. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, and are non-refundable (except of course if a return should ever be due to an error on my part).
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. All custom order sales are final.

WHOLESALE
Wholesale inquiries from brick and mortar shops are welcome. Wholesale pricing is available for my sets of chenille ornaments only; I do not wholesale my dolls or spun cotton ornaments. Please also note that I do not do consignment.
