Payment

PayPal

Payment is securely handled by PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account. Take a look at the options when you check out - you can pay with a credit card securely there if you prefer.

Credit Cards

Payment by credit card is no longer available. We do not wish for any of our customers to acquire debt along with our products. As much as we would love to have your order, we would enjoy it so much more to know you won't be paying for it for weeks, months or even years to come. However, if you have a debit card that works as a credit card, you can always use PayPal to pay with your card.

You DO NOT need a PayPal account to order.

Shipping

Orders ship in 3-5 business days and take a few more days to be delivered via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Please plan at least a week in advance for all orders.

International shipping is welcome and ships via the least expensive option (usually first class) with no insurance or tracking information provided.

If you would like tracking and insurance, please get in touch for a shipping upgrade. Prices start at $30 and can go up to $100 depending on the items ordered (size/weight), the destination country, and shipping option chosen.

Refunds and Exchanges

All ETSY sales are final. Please ask questions before you buy and be committed to the order.

Orders placed through our main website may be exchanged and returned. See shop for return policy.

DAMAGES must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your package. Please notify me directly via email at natalie [!at] olivemanna.com and include a photograph of the damage, including the box and packaging material. We will need this to file a claim with the postal system.
