We solely use PayPal.
We use USPS priority mail for all US orders. If you would like for us to use a different shipping method, please send us a convo with your request immediately upon placing your order. We do ship internationally and will need to calculate costs on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds and Exchanges
My wearable fiber crafts are knit for you and never worn prior to sale, so I have a policy of not re-selling them. Therefore, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase! If there is ever a problem, please contact me… I’m sure we can come up with a good solution!
Our vintage products come with an understanding that old things are sometimes temperamental. We try to test and represent the items as best and with as much detail as we can so you can make an informed purchase. If an item arrives not as described, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase and we will try to work something out. After 30 days, returns and refunds are not accepted.
