WELCOME TO THISTLE COTTAGE STUDIO!
If you love shabby chic, cottage-style, all things charming and romantic, a nod to the UK, period and historically inspired fashion, unique one-of-a-kind wearable art, vintage pieces, and recycled jewelry, then I think you will enjoy what you see here!
My latest inspiration comes from the Andes Mountains, and the beautiful folk art hats worn by the Peruvian and Bolivian people. These hats can be custom ordered. CONVO me if you have a special color scheme request by or before November 15th, to ensure holiday delivery.
THE SCOTLAND COLLECTION, and the MARY QUEEN OF SCOTS COLLECTION have enjoyed a very enthusiastic response with 5 sales this month, and 3 of them custom orders! They have also been featured in numerous Treasuries, and are the result of a trip to that stunningly beautiful country. They have been in creative gestation since 1995. The most recent evolution is the MARY QUEEN OF SCOTS COLLECTION, with snippets of historical facts from her life. The fabrications are a tribute to the riches she enjoyed, however brief.
