The item was beautiful. Unfortunately it was very poorly packed and arrived broken. The seller was very rude when I contacted her. She insisted she packed it well. She charged me $18.79 for packing and shipping and then did a lousy job. She said she didn't write "Fragile" on the box as the post office charges too much! Her solution was for me to take the box and packing materials to the post office and file a claim. Any one who has done this knows what a headache this is. I shouldn't have to do this. It is her responsibility to pack it well. I requested she refund me half the price I paid for the shelf and shipping as I have to deal with taking it somewhere to be fixed. She only agreed to reimburse me for half of the purchase price. Would never buy from her again.

This garland is absolutely beautiful !! Seller was quick to respond, fast shipping and I even had a request to add burlap into it as my baby shower theme is a rustic chic with all the pinks and OMG I can't wait to use it!! I'll post a picture of it when I use it! Just want to thank the seller, when I opened that box up and seen how beautiful it is it almost brought me to tear!
