paintlessdeco's Shop Policies
We accept credit card purchased through paypal. We also accept payment using direct checkout through etsy. You are responsible for any Custom Fees, "tarriffs", "taxes", etc. due on packages delivered to a foreign country.
- We accept credit cards through paypal and direct checkout.
- Orders outside the USA may be subject to VAT, duties and other taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Cancellations cannot be accepted once order has been processed.
- Our processing time is 7-10 days before an item ships.
- Rush orders may be possible but may incur a small rush fee and expedited shipping charge. Contact us with your requirements.
- We ship all items with tracking. Once an item leaves our office it is under the control of the delivery carrier's work schedule. Shipping delays on the carrier's part are not our fault. Please use your tracking number to contact carrier for assistance.
- International customers are responsible for all custom fees, tariffs, duties or other charges on package entering the country.
- Orders shipped within the USA or Internationally may not be refused, failed to be picked up or declined by the customer at delivery. If this occurs a refund will "NOT" issued.
- Packages returned to us due to failure to pickup will be reshipped at customer's expense.
- Package(s) are not considered lost until 30 business days (Mon-Saturday excluding holiday) or 45 business days (International orders) from the date it shipped. A claims form must be filled out by the customer for any order that is lost before we can address the issue.
Refunds and Exchanges
- We will glady replace an item due to an error on our part (such as we ship the wrong item or we mispell a word in a custom order) however, we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds so be very careful in the selection of your decal as all items are custom made when ordered.
- If we find that an error was on your part we may be able to offer you a replacement at a discount.
- All claims for errors will be handled on a case by case basis. If we agree to replace an item at a discount you MUST return the original item(s) FIRST (at your expense) before we can replace it. You will must also pay shipping on the replacement item. You will need an RMA # to write on the outside of the package before returning it. Packages received without an RMA # will be refused or discarded. "No Refund" will be issued.
- We recommend you insure packages you are returning as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Additional Policies and FAQs
-All items sold here are custom made when ordered. If you make color or size changes this could affect the processing time. Please check your email daily to see if we have sent you a convo regarding the changes you requested.
