All our wood items are crafted from hand-select solid wood one at a time. Our turn around time is 10-14 business days. Larger and custom signs can take up to 3 weeks to finish.

All Our Wood Items Can Be Order In Your Choice Of Olde Century Milk Paints, or the wide range of acrylic colors we carry. You can view the colors we have available in the thumbnails.

palmerfalls' Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome to our shop. We are a husband and wife team working from our shop in the great state of Kentucky. We handcraft all our items one at a time as they are ordered. Please allow us the time to craft your item...usually 10-14 days, but can take up to 3 weeks when we have a high volume of orders.
Add a note to your order if there are specific colors you want your item done in. If there is no note we will assume you want the colors pictures.

Payment

We gladly accept paypal, check, and money orders. Items will not be made until checks clear.

Shipping

We ship USPS priority mail everyday. If you would like insurance on your item please let us know. We are not responsible for loss or damages once an item leaves our shop.

Refunds and Exchanges

We are more then happy to work with our clients to their satisfaction. All returns must be made within 7 days in original condition, and buyer are responsible for return postage, unless we have somehow sent the wrong item color.

We will NOT accept returns because the item is too distressed, aged, faded, chipped, sanded or what have you. We make PRIMITIVE signs and furnishings. They are made to look "OLD". They are aged and distressed with fading, and under paints and wood exposed to give the look you would expect if something had been hanging around for a hundred years or so.
If you are looking for a sign that looks brand new...we do NOT make those.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We work diligently on every order that we receive. We take pride in the items we craft, and will not send out an item we ourselves would not be proud to display in our home. We pay very close attention to detail, and hope that it shows in our finished products.

Our items are made to look old. We make PRIMITIVE signs and furnishings. We age, distress, bang up, sand, antique, and what not to make our items to look "OLD".
If you want a less distressed sign please let us know.
