What is a Palm Frond?
Palm trees shed their branches as new growth appears. These branches called Palm Fronds include leaves, stems and the boot. My painted palm fronds are painted on the boot. Each palm tree is unique as is the size and shape of the boot.

My Painted Palm Fronds are all one of a kind. My ideas mainly are based on my imagination and what I see in each shape of the palm frond boot. I use acrylic paints and finish each piece with many coats of varnish for a long life.
