Pampermousse

Almost French for grapefruit - Pampermousse.

From whimsical to elaborate, the jewelry here is meant to bring just a little bit of soul-pampering to you in these tumultuous times. We have sterling silver wire-wrapped jewelry, kanzashi (hair sticks), vintage English charms, statement pieces using fair-trade focal pendants and precious gemstones, and more. Most items are one of a kind.

There are only two rules in my store:
1) The 50+ guarantee: 50%+ of your item's original purchase price is material cost. The rest of the price is labour, WWF donation, and Etsy/Paypal fees.
2) I never use plated silver, only 925 sterling silver (solid! there is no such thing as "sterling silver plated"!!!).

Please send me a message if you would like a custom item or adjustments to a listed item. If you would like an item made shorter, I can do that free of charge. If you would like me to add an extension, I will add $1/inch for material costs (if the silver chain is especially thick, this price might be higher.) Rush orders are possible; depending on my schedule, the fee will range from $0~5. Rush orders will be sped up and will be sent off in 1-3 days (including the customization).

All items come in a gift bag in a recycled bubble mailer (unless you'd specifically like a new one, in which case please convo me!) If you would like a gift box, please tell me in advance. I will reserve items if asked for up to 14 days :)

I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays, but if you're in a rush and need it shipped ASAP, please convo me!
If shipping is >$2 of the price I listed, I will happily refund the difference. Canada Post is tricky; if they let me ship it as a light package (determined more by volume than by weight) then you will probably get a refund. Gift boxes are very unlikely to pass as a light package.

If you aren't 100% happy with your item, please return it within 30 days and I will refund you the price of the item.

Pampermousse is not responsible for items lost or stolen in mail. If you would like insurance or would prefer a courier service, please convo me!
