BUSINESS DAYS/HOURS: M-W-F only. We are CLOSED on Tuesday, Thursday and the weekends. We DO NOT reply to or send out proofs on our closed days. Thank you!
PROOFS: (1) Purchase must first be made before proofs are sent, (2) We only provide 1 (one) free proof per purchase. Additional revisions/proofs are $3.00 per round and payment must be made prior to revision. Please select your fonts + color choices carefully - you will only receive 1 proof. We are sorry to implement this policy, but there are too many requests for 5+ revisions and we can't get any new orders out if we keep doing revisions all day long.
Payment is required prior to receiving your proofs. No exceptions.
