Payment
You have 24 hours to make a payment after placing an item as an order. After that time has passed and payment has not been received, the order will be canceled.
Shipping
Please check store announcements (front top message of store) for schedule of when files will be emailed.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refer to list of descriptions of the template files and photos of each listing for complete details of what you would be purchasing. The items are to be sold AS IS and no alterations will be made after purchase. Due to the digital nature of these files I can not offer refunds. If you have any questions, please convo me as many times as you wish-I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have :)

The purchased files in my shop are password-protected-you will NOT be able to alter contents inside files in Photoshop or other programs. You will only be able to open the PDF files in Adobe Acrobat or other PDF reading software for UNLIMITED printing for your own PERSONAL use (if you manage to crack the code of them, you ARE NOT allowed to alter the images without permission).
Color printouts from PDF files purchased in this shop may vary from listing images due to monitor differences.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What's a printable?
Pintables are "do it yourself or DYI" PDF file templates that are either downloaded or emailed to you for use. You may print them at home or at your local Office Supply store.
Can I try out one of your printables? Not sure I am ready yet for this process.

What paper should I use to print the PDF printable files?
CARDSTOCK:
PaperGlitter recommends bright, white heavy cardstock paper, preferably in the 110 lb weight and 8.5" x 11" (U.S. letterhead) size. . You can find these at your local Office Supply stores for about $12 for a ream of 500 sheets. Do make sure you set your home printer to its maximum quality setting!
NON-CARDSTOCK:
Some printables, like the stationery sets, napkin rings, will require regular bond paper (non-cardstock). The needed use for these will be noted on the file's instructions. But if you want a nicer paper quality for these non-cardstock requirements, you can purchase light weight, matte photo paper. Do make sure you set your home printer to its maximum quality setting!
LABEL PAPER:
You may also want to use label paper to print some printable files if you choose to make them into stickers. For example, hang tags that are usually printed on cardstock paper can easily turn into labels by inserting label paper into your printer instead! Label paper can be found at your local office supply shop. Do make sure you set your home printer to its maximum quality setting!
THE SKY IS THE LIMIT!:
The options are endless with printables! Experiment with transfer paper for applying onto blank canvas bags or t-shirts, or Clyng Vinyl sheets for making window clings or Shrinky Dink paper for baking them and making them into charms! Imagine the possibilities :) Do follow the manufacturer's printing instructions.
Any tips for printing printables at home?
Any desktop printer should print any printables just fine as long as the ink supply level is sufficient. Do make sure you set your printer to its maximum quality setting! Also, do set your printers to print at 100% with NO scalling!
Any tips for printing printables at my local Office Supply shop?
It may be a good idea to print a test page first before processing in placing an order. Often laser printers are a bit saturated so you want to make sure to check the colors on the test printout. This is a great time to communicate to your printing shop if the colors look correct, need to be adjusted (lighter or darker if at all) and test out the stock of cardstock paper they have available for printing. Also, ask yourOffice Supply Shop to print at 100% with NO scalling!
What is scoring and why do I need to do that?
In some cases scoring is needed such as on envelope templates, favor boxes, etc, In these cases, score all areas where indicated. Scoring is the act of creating a line or depression in the paper that will help the paper fold. If you simply fold the paper, your crease may look very unprofessional or the paper may even crack! You can score paper using any of the following in addition to a straight edge tool like a metal ruler:
-An old ball point pen with no ink inside
-Burnisher tool or a bone folder.
The objective is for the paper to want to fold easily :)
Can I edit your printable files?
These files are password-protected so you will not be able to alter contents / art inside the files with Photoshop or other programs. However, in the near future, all Party Kits from the shop will be available with "text fields" that will allow use to enter their own text for personalizing items like invitations, envelopes, etc., so stay tuned!
What do I need to view and print printable PDF's?
You will need a PC or Mac and the LATEST Adobe Acrobat Reader software to read and print PDF files properly! You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for FREE at: www.adobe.com or you can download HERE.
Are the illustrations of PaperGlitter printables clip art?
PaperGlitter proudly uses exclusive illustrations created by & for PaperGlitter. You can view sketches of some of our concepts in creating PaperGlitter printables in the ++concept sketches++ Facebook Fan Page album.
What am I allowed to do or not do with the purchased PDF files from your shop?
Each PDF purchase allows the unlimited use of that printable(s) for one user only. You may not share, resale or forward these files. At this time, all printable files from PaperGlitter are only available for personal, non-commercial use only. Printed items from the printable PDF files are not allowed to be sold. However, there is a small exception made for limited small business use of the printable collage sheets found in THIS section of the shop. Please read the Terms of Use of each listing for details.
I have an Events company and would love to offer your party kit items to my customers. Is this allowed?
Currently, no. But in the near future, commercial licenses will be available for party kits. The commercial licenses will offer the ability for small companies to print and make the items from the kits and offer them to their customers. However, resale and sharing of the actual PDF file(s) will still not be allowed. And please note that PaperGlitter will remain with all copyrights.
