are dyed and embellished to ensure the correct fit.

*Due to the custom nature of our shoes...Once they are dyed and or embellished
there are no returns, exchanges or refunds.

If for some reason you try on the white shoes from the White Shoe Service and decide you no longer want the shoes...
You have 3 business days from the date the shoes arrived to both contact us and ship them back.
NO Exceptions... we cannot foresee if you are on holiday or away from your home when the shoes arrive,
As long as the shoes are returned in both a timely manner of 3 business days from receiving the shoes and are in salable condition (no marks of any kind) we will refund your purchase minus 20% Restocking Fee,White Shoe Service Fee + Shipping Costs.

Water protecting sprays may be used to minimize the damage done by moisture.
Please do not spray over crystals as this may dull the appearance.
