After I had my “rainbow” baby I ordered another letter for our newest member. Paula was amazing to work with. I would buy from her again and recommend her to all my closest friends!

I am the owner of paula b design. I sent you several messages on etsy and an email to your personal email and have not received your response. All sales are not final.... If you contact me and tell me you ordered the wrong size chain, of course I can fix that for you. I am not unreasonable and happy to help... I just cannot do that if you don't let me know. Etsy shops have great customer service and generally they are all willing to help out customers and I am no different. Once again, It seems you ordered the shorter chain in error but please contact me and we can make this necklace larger.
