All cat collars come in size regular 7-11" opening.
Available on request is size kitten 5-8" opening and mega kitty 9-14" opening. Just put a note in the 'message from buyer' as to the special size you need.

Shipping

SHIPPING POLICIES:

All orders are shipped from CANADA within 3 business days of receipt of payment. You will receive an email from me quoting the exact date your package will be shipped.

Please understand that once your package leaves my hands I have no control over how fast the mail system gets your package to you.

CANADIAN ORDERS:
All orders are usually received in Canada within 7 days of mailing, depending on how far east you are (I’m on an island as far west as you can go). There is always the chance of delay so in the odd case a package takes longer than 7 days.

U.S. ORDERS:
All packages are shipped small packet Airmail.
Canada Post does NOT issue tracking numbers on these types of packages.
Average package arrival times are between 1 – 3 weeks from date of shipment, depending on how far east you are (I’m on an island as far west as you can go). Please note that on the rare occasion U.S. customs may hold a package for inspection or local mail service is delayed so a package can take up to 4 weeks or longer to arrive (but this is rare).

Please confirm that your Etsy address matches your paypal address EXACTLY. Differences or discrepancies can cause delays in your package being shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All packages are shipped small packet Airmail.

Average package arrival times are between 1 – 3 weeks of date of shipment but please note that if your customs office chooses to hold your package for inspection or to apply duty (it is your responsibility to know your country’s customs rules and the dollar amounts at which they will charge you duty and taxes) or your local mail service is delayed, your package can take up to 5 weeks or longer to arrive. Please do NOT ask me to mark your package as a gift to avoid customs fees.

LOST PACKAGES:

Canadian orders: If you have not received your order within 3 weeks we can consider it lost in the mail or stolen and I will issue you a replacement.

US orders: If your package still has not arrived after waiting 5 weeks we can consider it lost in the mail or stolen and I will be happy to issue a replacement.

International orders: If your package still has not arrived after waiting 6 weeks we can consider it lost in the mail or stolen and I will be happy to issue a replacement.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your collar purchase (NON CUSTOM SIZING OR FABRIC), simply return it, unused, within 7 business days and once I receive it I will refund the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Harness sales are final unless item is defective. Please measure your cat to ensure you order the correct size.
