Payment

PDB Designs currently accepts payments by credit card through PayPal or Google Checkout. We also accept check or money order. If sending a check or money order please contact us for address.

In an effort to create less waste, we do not include a receipt with your purchase. You can print a receipt from your Etsy Purchases for your records. If you would like one included with your purchase please let us know.
Any packages being shipped within the great state of Texas will automatically be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping

Due to the nature of our customized products it takes TWO to THREE WEEKS for production. Please note that this does not include shipping times. We ship USPS First Class unless otherwise noted. Shipping times vary according to your location.

We do offer a rush service. If you need your items sooner please contact us about the fee involved for this service. With rush service your items ship 4 business days from date of purchase. NOTE: We must set up a special listing for you if you want to add this to your order!

Lucky for you we ship all over the world! But we do not charge any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery are your responsibility.
