Payment

PayPal is the preferred payment method. If you would like more information about PayPal please visit: https://www.paypal.com/. Shipping


domestic:

I ship domestically within 3-5 days of payment received via USPS 1st Class Mail . Some orders may take longer if they need to be made up. Please don't hesitate to email me if you are on a deadline and I will do my best to accommodate to get your order to you in time.

International:

Internationally I ship within 7 days of payment and ship via USPS Priority Mail International. I will ONLY ship international orders via PRIORITY for easy tracking and speedy delivery. I have run into problems when I don't. So international orders if you do not want to pay for priority, I cannot sell it to you, sorry. International customers please be patient with shipping as you package may be delayed by customs. Email me if you would like your tracking info


I CANNOT SHIP AIR PLANTS INTENTIONALLY, SORRY!

Refunds and Exchanges

Yes, I do accept exchanges. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item and we will work it out! I will refund you for the item minus the shipping charges.
