Thank you all for your patience during our short vacation! I have received a great number of requests during our time away and many for rush orders, so I wanted to let everyone know what I can and cannot accomodate. My assistant is on leave for the summer so please keep in mind that there is only one set of hands fulfilling orders at this time!

At the risk of being overwhelmed with orders that I cannot deliver in time, I am going to keep the shop turned off (with the exception of ready to ship items and reserved orders) and handle each personally. At this time I can accept orders only for themes that are already designed - unless we have already discussed your custom design (in which case I am working on it as best as I can). I will need as much as 3-4 weeks production time for new requests as several orders are already in progress, so if you will need items sooner than that I do apologize that I will not be able to help.

If you are not in a hurry please let me know what you are in need of so that I can work it into my schedule and let you know how to proceed. For those that I have spoken with briefly but do not yet know the extent of your needs, please let me know as soon as you can the party details, items and quantities so I can finalize your order. Thank you!

OFFICE HOURS ~ Monday - Friday 8am - 2pm est, 8pm - 10 pm. Communication is returned as soon as possible, please bear in mind much of my working time is spent producing orders. Orders and convos sent on holidays and weekends will be processed/returned the next business day. Thanks!
