EFFECTIVE 12/28/09 NEW SHOP POLICIES

Rush orders requiring shipment less than 10 days from receipt of proof will be assessed a 20% rush fee.

Custom designs from scratch (not including basic color and font changes to existing designs) will require a $20 design fee.

All orders will require a $20 deposit within 24 hours of receipt of proof to reserve your scheduled production time. If not paying in full at that time, the deposit will be applied to your final invoice. The deposit is not refundable if you do not complete your order.
