**** VACATION ANNOUNCEMENT **** Our production schedule is completely booked through our departure on May 24th. We will reopen for new orders on Wednesday, June 5th. Thank you!

All non-emergency messages will be returned on Wednesday, June 5th. Please be patient as I cannot set up any listings while the shop is in vacation mode and I cannot set up any proofs from my phone. If you are in a tremendous hurry to place an order and need to receive it prior to June 17th, you should make alternative arrangements.

OFFICE HOURS ~ Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm EST. Communication is returned as soon as possible, please bear in mind much of my working time is spent producing orders. Orders and convos sent on holidays and weekends will be processed/returned the next business day. Thanks!

Please contact me before making a purchase if you need a quantity larger than shown in the listing and I will set up a reserved listing for you.

All party details must be included in the message to seller at checkout, as I use your printed invoice to double check the accuracy of your order before it ships. I cannot check these important details if I cannot find them :)

All orders are shipped in one week. Please do not email me daily to ask when it will ship, the answer is one week. Faster delivery is only available by rush service and expedited shipping.
