Welcome
Perfect Laughter is a husband and wife team based in Detroit. Screenprinting and letterpress are the two printmaking methods that we primarily use. We hand pull each of our screenprints, and our little Kelsey letterpress is also operated by hand. We're always open to taking commissions, so if you have anything in mind, just ask.
Payment
Currently, we are only accepting Paypal as the method of payment. Payment must be made within 72 hours of purchase. Payment in full is required prior to shipping out any items. Michigan orders will be subject to 6% sales tax.
Shipping
Items will be shipped through USPS First Class, and will typically arrive within 4-5 days for domestic orders and 7-11 days for international orders. Insurance is available by request (through Priority Shipping). Uninsured items damaged in transit will not be refunded. If you do want insurance, please e-mail us and an invoice will be sent to you through Paypal with the updated rate (complete the Etsy checkout proccess, but do not pay through Paypal). Items will be shipped out within 2-3 days of purchase, or sooner.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales should be considered final. If a mistake has been made on our end, a refund, including shipping and return shipping will be issued. If you are truly unhappy, please e-mail us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a store credit. The buyer will be required to pay return shipping on these items.

Items are made and stored in a smoke and pet free enviroment. Again, if you see anything that we make and would like a custom version, please convo us!
