Hi. I'm Suzanne, a designer, librarian and contemporary craft instructor based in London, UK.
I have a formal background in fashion and textile arts, but my interests span a vast range of media and techniques including book and paper arts.
I've been bookbinding for nearly fifteen years and have come to value books not only as perfect packages of information, but as cultural objects and works of art.
I endeavor to make items that are cleverly designed, skillfully constructed and pleasingly tactile. My books are all hand bound and filled with paper sourced from all over the globe. They're intended to compliment their content, be it a musical score, a plucky haiku or a game of hangman.
