All personalized items are done by hand using individual steel letter stamps. Hand stamping is not a perfect art. Sometimes the letters aren't perfectly straight or the spacing not exact-- this simply is part of the charm of a handcrafted piece of work.
Inquiries about CUSTOM ORDERS are always welcomed! If you want to change around a design I already have or if you want to create your own original piece unlike anything else, just contact me with your request.
Most personalized pieces take up to 14-18 business days to ship. This is an estimate. At times, when there is a higher volume of sales, it may take longer. If this is a problem let me know before placing your order and I will try to accomodate your time frame.
