My name is Laura Di Francesco. I'm an italian illustrator and graphic designer settled in Sweden.
I work since 2003 for children's book editory and interior design.

Both original illustrations and high quality prints will be safely packed in a cardboard tube.
Greeting Card and small print will be wrapped into a waterproof-hard coated envelope.

Payment
I only accept payments through Paypal at the moment. If there are extra costs coming from your local laws in term of import tax,etc(pls check with your local laws). It will be borne by you. As far as I know, there are no extra charges from each local laws among european countries.
Shipping
I ship within 1-2 working days once your payment has cleared.
Original Artworks and HQ Prints will be shipped through MAIL BOXES INC. with traking number.
(First class shipping which includes tracking is available but expensive, starting price is $26 to $40 depending on which country).
Greeting Cards will be shipped using the reliable Swedish Post normal regular mail without tracking at your own risk.
Most of my buyers from Scandinavia, UK, Germany, US, Canada and Australia didn't upgrade the shipping and they received it without problem.
However, I am not liable to loss or theft during shipping.
The rest of the countries like Asia, Middle East and even other European countries like Greece and Italy are highly recommended to upgrade to registered Shipping.
If you choose to upgrade to Registered Shipping with insurance and required signature for US$6 more, please convo me.
Registered Shipping is the cheapest way to assure you will receive your orders since it requires your signature upon receipt but there is no tracking.
Expedited shipping like FedEx and UPS which stated that they can deliver in 4-5 days are very expensive and no guaranteed. I don't recommend these shipping to my customers. This is because one of my Client took expensive expedited shipping, it got stuck 2 weeks in the US Custom. They don't guranteed it arrives on time. And, it causes a lot of unnecessary paperworks for my client and me.

I ship to your Etsy address and not the one on your PayPal. If you would like me to ship to a different address please write it in the "message to seller" box. Please ensure your address is correct before order.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage only.I am not responsible for any customs charges or laws that might apply in your country. After shipping more than hundreds items, I didn't receive info from customers about them getting extra charges from their Custom.

Delivery time estimations :
- 10/18 days of delivery to USA, Canada, Australia, Asian countries, South Africa and eastern Europe.
- 6/10 days of delivery to most European countries except Italy and Greece (it takes more than 2 weeks to arrive and are notorious for missing package which are I recommend to upgrade to registered shipping).
- 2/5 days to Sweden, Finland, Danmark and Norway.
The delivery time is provided for reference only. It can sometimes take longer to be delivered, especially during busy holiday seasons or strike. Delay can also happen when your local custom decides to hold it for a longer period which is quite rare case. If you order during Christmas period, do expect delivery for more than 6 weeks especially US based on my past experience.
Refunds and Exchanges
You have 3 days to notify me if you have problem to the item bought. Since all items are thoroughly checked before shipping, I don’t forsee any problems coming from buyers. I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for shipping or the price of the item sold due to getting lost or damaged in the mail especially some countires' custom or postman are unethical. You have the option to upgrade shipping with signature and insurance for 6 dollar more which guaranteed a refund if it is missing during shipping. In case you have a problem, please contact me by Etsy conversation, and we shall find a fair solution.
