First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to visit my shop!
My name is Michelle and I’m based in Atlantic Canada. I’ve been creating jewelry for several years, and this store happens to be my most recent attempt at selling my creations through an online venue.
Please take the time to read through my shop policies if you’re interested in purchasing any of my items. If you need clarification on any aspect of what you read or if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. Buyer satisfaction is at the forefront for me and I always want to do whatever I can to make my customers happy.
Remember that I'm always open to custom order inquiries too, so if you are interested in something like this then please send a convo my way!
The only payment method that I will accept at the moment is Paypal. New buyers should note that you do not need a Paypal account to submit payment via credit card through Etsy, even though this is still achieved through Paypal.com.
If I do not receive your payment within 48 hours of your purchase and have not been contact by you with a reason for the delay, I reserve the right to cancel your order. First I will contact you, however, with a reminder.
I'm always willing to put items on Reserve and tentatively, I do not have a designated time limit for these reservations. Contact me, let me know what item you'd like & your anticipated time frame for payment, and I'll let you know if I'm able to reserve the piece for that long.
All orders are generally shipped within one business day, but this is subject to some change depending on how busy I am. You can check the bottom of my shop announcements for an up-to-date estimation on both turnaround times for custom orders & anticipated time frame for their shipment.
All of my orders are shipped via Canada Post. For items traveling to destinations throughout Canada and the United States, a general estimate for the arrival of a package is within 2-5 business days. In the context of international orders, this estimate can of course be expected to increase. If you are a prospective international buyer and you’d like to get a more precise estimate of shipping time to your location, please do not hesitate to contact me.
** To all International customers residing outside of the US and Canada: I have estimated shipping costs to an array of locations based on prior experience and initial research into shipping limitations to different countries. If you’re interested in making a purchase but do not see your country within a certain listing’s shipping profiles, please contact me! I’ll verify that I can in fact ship that item to your location and will get back to you with appropriate adjustments already made to a listing, if that item can in fact be sent to you. :)
International customers should also be advised that they are responsible for any extra customs fees involved with shipping an item to their destination.
All orders are lovingly packaged for shipment. I will often wrap purchases with bubble wrap, tissue paper, or small boxes – whatever I have in stock at the moment basically, and whatever I feel a piece needs to ensure its safe arrival to your destination. I’m quite attached to a lot of my creations and I want my buyers to be happy with their purchase, and so I put a lot of care into making sure that everything is secure and safe on its journey to your home. I take special care to be certain that pieces with fragile components are packaged appropriately for shipment.
Expedited shipping is available. Please convo me if you're interested in a cost estimate and I will obtain one for you.
Prior to submitting your order, please remember to make sure that your Paypal and Etsy mailing address are the same. Any significant disparities could result in a shipping delay. That being said, if your order is intended to be a gift and you'd like for it to be sent to another address, please convo me prior to or immediately following your purchase to let me know. Personalized notes and gift wrapping are available upon request & at no additional charge.
AFTER YOUR PURCHASE: I always prefer to include a non-automated email to confirm that I've received your payment. You will also receive a shipping confirmation from me once your order has been sent. To reiterate, generally I will ship between 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. If there is any reason for delay I will also notify you in my initial confirmation email.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis. If you have any concerns then please do not hesitate to contact me. The satisfaction of my buyers is at the forefront for me, so I will strive to something out. If a refund or exchange is deemed appropriate in a given situation, I ask that the buyer pays return shipping costs to have the item sent back to me. It is only after I receive the item that a refund (minus my initial shipping costs) will be issued.
Exchanges may be allowed in some cases, but not for earrings (this is for hygenic reasons). I tend to treat exchanges in a similar fashion to refunds - I will have you send the item back to me & subsequently you will receive a refund for your purchase price (again, minus my initial shipping costs). Meanwhile, I'll place another listing on reserve for you.
