My new little company was started to be an outlet for my creativity and also act as a contribution to my family's finances. I do a great many things so here I am, working on a bunch of things and offering them to you.

Blessed Ixchel Textiles
Ixchel is pronounced "Eesh-Chel." She is the Mayan moon goddess. She is all about weaving and birth and moon cycles. What a perfect representative for my humble business. I enjoy creating many textiles for your daily life. I currently create cloth menstrual pads, postpartum pads and every day liners. But I'm also coming up with other cool fabric stuffs. I'm always working on creating some knitted goods and random misc. sewn items to sell as well as they all fall into "textiles." :D

As for the pads... My pads are made with 55% hemp/45% cotton french terry surrounded by soft cotton flannel. After using both my older pads (just layers of flannel) and my new ones (with the hemp) I have to say that the hemp/cotton terry is far beyond more absorbent. The fabric is more expensive and so my pads end up going up in price, but I think you'll see the difference. Its amazing, really it is. All of my pad fabric is pre-washed with bi-o-kleen (or comparable all-natural detergent) and rinsed with vinegar for softness and absorbency.
*I can also do special orders for more narrow pads and wider. We're not all built the same, why should our pads be?

Laughing Goat Ranch
This subsidiary has been created for all things crafty. Here will be a home for random craftiness. Paintings, stitch markers, finished wood stuffs and other misc. crafts.

Phoenix Soaps
I think this one is a little more obvious. Soon I will be offering a variety of home made soaps for purchase. I will also be offering other body products from time to time. :)
