ORDERS: Orders may be placed 24/7, however, those received after 6:00 p.m. CST and on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day in the order they were received.

RUSH ORDERS: Due to our limited availability due to a full design and production schedule, we are unable to accommodate rush orders. Our current turnaround times are always included in each listing.

COMMUNICATION: Emails and messages are answered in the order they were received when we have availability between processing and producing orders. All communications received after 6:00 p.m. CST or on weekends and holidays will be answered the next available business day.

We are a two-person shop and appreciate your understanding as we strive for balance between parties, work and home!

OUR MISSION: To help you create fun and memorable parties on a piggy bank budget! We create unique HAM-made (handmade) and printable items you won't find anywhere else. Each design is created in our lil' PiG PeN and illustrated by our resident artists. We offer printables (digital files you print at home) as an affordable alternative to our HAM-made items.

To keep our prices as low as possible, many of our collections do not include customization. If you'd like to personalize them, we are happy to oblige but please be aware that additional fees will be incurred. We wish we could offer changes for free but these lil' piggies need to eat!

CUSTOM ORDERS: If you love our work and wish to have us create a unique item for you, please give us a holler...early! We love working on new ideas...BUT we are often booked 3-6 months in advance. Our current availability is always listed at the top of our shop announcement.
