Please always check the front page of my Etsy shop to see if I am available to do your order. Orders that are placed during my booked time frame will be canceled.
My shop is closed on Saturday and Sundays and all US holidays. All emails will be answered the following business day.
I accept Paypal and all major Credit Cards. All items must be paid for prior to shipping. If an E-check is used your payment will not clear for 3-5 days and no orders will ship until payment has cleared.
All items are sent via First Class USPS with delivery confirmation. This usually arrives within 3-5 business days however it is not guaranteed. I can upgrade to FED EX or UPS shipping upon request.

My goal is to ship all items ONE week prior to the date you need them by. So if you enter the date needed by as Saturday, October 8th they will ship Friday, September 30th.
This does not always happen so the only guarantee I give is that your item will arrive prior to the date you give me. My promise to you is that I will upgrade your shipping to overnight if I have to ensure it gets to you before that date. Life happens. I am a stay at home mom and I get sick and so do my kids. I do my best to not let personal interfere with business but I am the only worker so it does happen on occasion. That date you give me is the only date I will meet! :)
All of my orders are completed based on the "date needed by" NOT the date you purchase your items. For example if you place in order in January and you give me the party date of June 5th your items will not be shipped until one week prior to June 5th.
I do not know your party date so you can give me whatever date you want as long as I am not booked. So keep that in mind if you want your items earlier.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are given on a case by case basis. If you are not happy with an items please convo me so we can resolve the issue.
Additional Policies and FAQs
♥RUSH ORDERS-I will do rush orders if I can fit you in but there will be a $10.00 rush order fee added to your total.
♥CUSTOM REQUESTS- I love custom requests and I will work with you until you are happy at no extra charge. Please be patient and kind and know that I work carefully with each client to make sure you get exactly what you want.
♥PROOFS- I do send proofs for ALMOST everything I do. I will send you the first proof via Etsy Conversation if in 24 hours I do not hear back I will send a follow up to your personal email address. If after 24 more hours I do not hear back I will do the order as planned and send to you. I am NOT responsible for incorrect information or spellings if you did not approve the proof. I feel this is sufficient time to get back to me as I have other orders to work on. Please check your spam folder.
♥BOOKED ORDERS-If you place an order during my booked time and you did not get approval from me your order will be canceled. I will issue a full refund for orders placed via credit card. Orders placed through PAYPAL will be subject to a fee of $0.50-$1.00 for the refund. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF I AM BOOKED. Check the home page of my ETSY shop. It is right at the top!!
All of these items are made in a pet free and smoke free house. I am located in Northeast Georgia.
I do not meet for local delivery. All items will ship via USPS.
