ABSOLUTELY NO orders placed on Fridays- Mondays and needed for the following weekend without paying for OVERNIGHT SHIPPING-the only guaranteed delivery method (starts at $25). Rush fees added to your cart will not pay for this method of shipping, please contact me to get more information.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Notes left with your order will not pay for upgraded shipping nor move them to the front of the line to be shipped.
FAQs
*****When will my order arrive?** Most ready made, in stock items arrive in the standard 4-8 business days-WITHIN THE US or 2-3 weeks(within US) for made to order items(hand drilled milk bottle lids, stamped spoons, chalk labels). These are very standard times to receive items ordered on websites.
International orders have a 3-5-6week transit time with first class mail plus processing time for any items listed with international shipping.
Harassing messages and demands that I process your order sooner, or micromanaging when I will ship your order-- WILL NOT BE tolerated or addressed in most cases. I do not have instant messaging on this site and try to answer messages within one to two days.
I will do whatever I am able to do to make sure your order makes it by your deadline, including recommending overnight shipping when applicable. However, please assume responsibility for the chance that items will not make it if you are ordering within a very short time frame. Once the package leaves my hands, I cannot be responsible for the transit time of USPS, as this does vary with first class shipping or priority mail. The only way to guarantee a delivery date/time is to purchase express/overnight shipping-which starts at over$25.
**What items are handmade,made to order?? individual orders of chalk labels, stamped spoons--anything else that you specify colors/phrases are made to order and will require the standard 2-3 week time(within the US) to receive these items. MILK bottles with hand drilled holes.
***Do You Ship Internationally??**** . I do have some listings with international shipping for first class rates (takes 3-5weeks)--If you do not find what you need-please find the items and quantities needed and send me a list and when you will need your order(please make these final numbers as the weight changes-and shipping prices change with adding or deleting items). It may take a few days to get back with you on a shipping quote.Since we are in the southern US, ALL CANADIAN orders with first class mail will take at least 3 weeks
*****Do I need a custom listing if ordering multiple items???If you need custom amounts or special requests, or shipping seems to have figured too high, please contact me for a custom listing, or I will send a shipping refund for overages. Please note that creating a custom listing does take extra time, as, I usually answer messages in the mornings and then again later in the day(busy trying to get shipments out:). Custom listings will involve individual pricing of items as well as looking up shipping info specific to you, so may take at least one day to calculate.
***Do you offer discounts for multiple items??**** I frequently run coupon codes above in my shop announcement. If there is not one listed, I do not have one at the current time. Bulk discounts will be offered with select orders--please just ask me:))
***Questioning shipping charges**** . I have researched the most cost effective/quickest way to send packages and send thousands of packages each year . I try to be as fair as possible on these costs and most often these are NON-NEGOTIABLE!!!!. Shipping costs are determined on multiple variables, shipping time, package size and weight, and destination and is set up on an average and it NOT DETERMINED on the cost of the item to be shipped. Being a small business, I am unable to offer free shipping or consistently lose revenue on inadequate shipping charges. Shipping costs include handling, this includes packaging materials and the ever increasing fuel costs to get the items to me, and then shipped to you. As a general rule, any shipping price within the US, figuring over $17 is maybe too high, please let me know and we will adjust if needed or I can send a refund if applicable.
****My package did not get here, what do I do?""" Shipping notices with tracking information on every package will be emailed to you when the label is printed. PLEASE CHECK your ADDRESS WHEN PURCHASING, I cannot be responsible for the cost to resend items to you because your address was not updated.
If you cannot find the information with your tracking number on the www.stamps.com website, Please check the www.USPS.com website with the tracking number, as it sometimes has more detailed information. Packages that do not fit in mailboxes or cannot be delivered to the door, will sometimes have a pink or yellow slip that the mail carrier leaves in the mailbox to go pick up the package at the post office.
**PRICE MATCHING**--yes!!!, please send me a link to what you have found that is less expensive than what I have in my shop and I will price match if possible.
