Yes, of course! At the checkout put all the details and customization needs in the note section and I will send a personalized sample. Otherwise you will receive a sample just like in the picture.

Samples are sent out without a tracking number and usually arrive in 1-1.5 weeks. You can upgrade shipping at the checkout.

Precise shipping costs are calculated for each client individually based on their order amount and location. Full orders are sent out with registered mail and you will receive a tracking number for your package once it is sent out. If you need a rushed shipping, let us know you location and we will calculate exact shipping costs for your order.

Full payment is required before the production. For orders over 700 USD a deposit for at least half of the amount can be set up. The remaining amount will be charged once the order is finished.

Once you have decided on the desired design, size and quantity, contact us for a quote. Please also let us know your location for accurate shipping costs. If you are willing to proceed, we will set up a listing for your order and then proceed with the digital proofs for your stationery.

Once the payment is made, we will start the production.

Most customised orders are completed in 2 weeks or less, this also depends from the amount and complexity of your order.

If you do not provide final information and text this will delay your order. Customers are responsible for providing their information in a timely manner.

Yes of course! We don't make any customised stationery without your full and final approval.

Once we get your final text and information we will create your design and will send you a picture of it using Etsy messaging. This is your chance to carefully read through the text to check for errors. If you need changes we ask that you detail them in a message back to us. We will make the changes and will send you another picture for checking.

Yes of course! There are some languages that are not fully supported by all of the fonts used. We might ask you to supply us with a section of text to test with your chosen design so that we can see whether all of the characters appear correctly in the fonts used. In many cases alternative fonts can be found.
