Payment
Pippin only accepts payment by Paypal and credit and debit cards through Paypal. If you have bought an item by mistake convo me immediately and I will cancel and refund your payment so long as the item hasn't already been shipped.
Shipping
We ship standard first class delivery from the UK. Products are usually despatched within 3 days of purchase and if there are going to be delays I always contact you to advise of this.
Typically it takes 7-10 days for international delivery, but allow up to 3 weeks. If you are ordering for an occasion, such as a birthday or Christmas, please allow a reasonable amount of time, keeping in mind delivery schedules.
Your order will be shipped within 3 days of purchase, typically items are shipped first class post, average shipping times are:
UK: 5-7 days
Europe: 5-10 days
International: 10-14 days
This service does not provide tracking and you will not receive notification when your item is shipped. If you have not received your order with in 25 days please contact me and I will offer you refund or replacement.

I do consider wholesale and gallery offers, this is done on a venue by venue basis. Please convo me if you are interested and want to discuss the matter further. I am only able to supply UK based shops at the moment.
