pixei's Shop Policies
Welcome
Each pixei's jewel or crafted item is a unique piece, handmade/assembled by me from a 100% smoke-free, pet-free home. Most jewels are ONE-off creations (OOAK) or available in limited editions only. Item reservations are on a first-come first-serve basis, you may reserve upto 7 business days. I seldom do remakes for jewels because I believe in keeping them unique, so there's only one or two people in the world that have it, of course including myself. If you're happy with my works, feedbacks are very much appreciated!

For Singapore customers, ATM or iBank Transfer is preferred, so refer to the costing chart above, or contact me with your orders if you're unsure. I will reply you within 24 hours. If you decide to pay with credit card via PayPal, the extra shipping cost you've paid will be refunded.
Overseas Airmail time = approximately 7 to 20 business days depending on your location.

*Package will be sent as Registered Mail that comes with tracking and postal insurance of upto SGD$68.00.
All Overseas orders are sent by Airmail via Singapore Post. When the package have arrived at your country, it will be handled by your local post office. Customers can choose to be mailed by Registered Mail with a fee of SGD$2.25 that comes with tracking and a postal insurance of upto SGD$68.00. This is highly recommended but not compulsory for orders below SGD$20. All orders above SGD$20 will be sent with Registered Mail. You will receive an email from me with a tracking reference number, which will be used for tracking your package. With the reference number, you can visit www.singpost.com.sg/ra or your local postal service website to track your package online. Registered Mail packages need to be signed for at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign it, your local postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for a pick-up or you can request for a re-delivery from your local post office. It is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining an undelivered package, but of course I will do what I can to help.
I ensure items are carefully wrapped and packed in an enclosed padded envelope before they are sent.
I cannot be held responsible for purchases damaged during mail transita, or mails lost due to incorrect mailing address regardless of delivery by standard or registered mail. If the mail is returned to me, I can mail it again after you have reconfirmed your correct address. Additional postage will be charged.
My jewels are safely kept with me until they leave my hands.
Refunds and Exchanges
Yes, pixei offers upto 5 business days full refund under certain condition. If your purchase is not as described or doesn't look like what you saw from my photos, kindly inform me within 5 business days when you received your package. I'm willing to refund 100% the amount of your purchase, excluding shipping fees that the customer had paid and will be paying for when returning the item/s back to me.
Items must be returned in their original condition plus wrappings and not worn/used before. I'm unable to do the refunds until the package has been returned to me.
