Orders are processed in the evenings and on the weekends. Turnaround time is two days after the order is received. Turnaround time does not begin until payment, personalization information and pictures have been received. Please see the delivery chart below:

Order placed anytime on Monday – delivered on Wednesday before 11pm.

Order placed anytime on Tuesday – delivered on Thursday before 11pm.

Order placed anytime on Wednesday – delivered on Friday before 11pm.

Order placed anytime on Thursday – delivered on Saturday before 11pm.

Order placed anytime on Friday – delivered on Sunday before 11pm.

Order placed anytime on Saturday – delivered on Monday before 11pm.

I give package discounts of 10% on orders of more than 4 items. Personalization with name & age is included in all these items.

If you need to include a photo with your order, please send it to pixels4parties [!at] gmail.com referencing your order number. Please do not send cell phone pictures, they are usually of poor quality and do not work well on the final products.

Pixels4Parties does not offer printed products or printing services. You will receive high resolution .JPG files for you to have printed wherever you would like. Your files can be printed as many times as you need, but cannot be shared or re-sold. Our files are not-editable, they will be sent as final products and changes must be made by Pixels4Parties.

Pixels4Parties will retain your original Photoshop file for one week after the order has been delivered via email. Changes will NOT be accepted after the one week time period expires.

Pixels4Parties strives to have the lowest prices possible for the service we provide. Prices are based on the amount of time it takes us to complete your order, and you are paying for our design services only. The characters involved are free and in no way are they being sold, the rights remain solely with their copyright holders. Copyright releases are never provided by Pixels4Parties.

The buyer is responsible for approving proofs and double checking for any errors. Printing is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Finding a print shop to print your items is also the sole responsibility of the buyer - Pixels4Parties will not be held liable if you cannot find a print shop to print your items.

Items marked “as-is” do not include changes to the item at all.

Paypal is the only form of payment accepted by Pixels4Parties.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued by Pixels4Parties after the order has been delivered to your email inbox.
