Welcome to animama!


I am a southern California-based artist who mixes naive and abstract elements with animals and flora, as a reminder to nurture and honor our primitive and wild aspects. Each piece contains a message pertaining to filling the creative well.

My symbolic use of the "return" to wilderness is reflective of my own journey back and forth between filling my creative soul-well and living in the "conscious" world. It's my belief that when we brave the fertile and wild territory within each of us, our most unique path is able to unfold.

Prints and originals are shipped with a little *mini-print* with the {reading} on the back.
