Each piece is handmade to order with love right here in the USA. We are dedicated to providing excellent service and quality products. ♥ We work closely with Chastity of the Sweet Spot Stamp Shop, who provides us with the gorgeous hand carved stamps we use ♥ We are currently at a 4-5 week turnaround time. At this time we are not accepting Rush orders ♥

Our turnaround time is around 4-5 weeks PLUS shipping. PLEASE remember to leave your customization preferences in the notes to seller at checkout. Failure to leave your preferences at checkout will delay your orders processing time and therefore it may take longer than the 4-5 weeks as stated. If you require you item sooner than our turnaround time, you must contact us prior to ordering or we will not guarantee your order to arrive by any date prior to our anticipated turnaround. Please TRIPLE check the preferences left at checkout as well. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are "incorrect" due to an error left in the preferences at checkout. Please read each item description carefully. We customize each piece EXACTLY how it is left in the Notes to Seller at Checkout. Please make sure you are specific!

Each listing specifies exactly what is being purchased, please understand that you are only purchasing exactly what the listing specifies. Some of our photos feature other items as an example of how our product can be used. Please carefully read each listing to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing :)

If you have any questions, please contact us PRIOR to purchasing to clarify any possible questions you may have :) Lighter items, such as banners, ship USPS First Class Mail. All other items ship USPS Priority Mail. If you would like another method of mail, such as Express Mail, or UPS or Fed Ex, or something like Signature Confirmation or Insurance, please contact us PRIOR to ordering, as a change in the method of shipping will also change the shipping cost.

I do have a 4 year old son, so while I LOVE working on designing and creating these pieces, please understand that I do take the weekends off to spend with my family. Please understand that emails sent after Friday at 5:00 will be answered on Monday morning ♥

We love new ideas so if you are looking for something that we do not have listed, just ask and we can work together to create custom pieces for your special day. Customization and personalization is available on most items for no additional fee-- Wood-burning, paint color, stain color, and flower colors are all fully customizable on most items. Please convo us if you are interested in a paint or stain color you don't see listed. We are more than happy to find you the color you need :)
