Knitting socks is my passion and I’m grateful to be able to indulge that passion with Pointed Needle Designs.

Here you can pamper yourself or others with one of a kind, hand knit socks. Hand knit socks are so soft and comfortable, that’s all you’ll ever want to wear.

I put a lot of thought into each and every pair of socks, plus approximately 20 hours of labor with meticulous attention to every detail. Each pair is a labor of love and a work of art. Upon completion each pair of socks is gently machine washed and blocked.

All my socks can be machine washed in cold water. I lay them flat to dry so they will retain their shape and not felt from the heat of the dryer.

I have also started a new line of socks which I am calling spa socks. They are great to wear to bed at night when you put cream on your heels and you don't want to wear a full sock. They also look very cute with a pair of flip flops. Each pair is embellished with a button or beads.

I welcome custom orders, so if you don't see what you are looking for or need a different size, just ask.

I also offer shawls and hand knit mittens and will be glad to make scarves and hats upon request.
