Situated inland from the San Diego coastline, Pauma Valley is a center for citrus growers. Our bees collect from nearby Valencia and avocado groves as well as our eucalyptus forest, roses, lavender and our flourishing vegetable gardens, flowers and trees. Raw honey is a natural product and consistency will vary with the seasons.
