I am a daughter and a sister, a volunteer and an administrative professional. I am an art school dropout and a single mother to three amazing little females. And I love to draw.

What started out as love notes to my kids, tucked into their backpacks, hidden in the shoes they laid out for the next day, has grown into a little something more. As my girls have gotten older and I have had a little more time to spend drawing and creating, I have found a new obsession of turning everything I want to say to someone into a creative endeavor…with swirls and little drawings and lots and lots of bright colors.

I’m a believer in saying what ya got to say….. not waiting, and then regretting. If you love someone, tell them. If your neighbor picked your kid up at school because she barfed on herself but you have a meeting and you can’t leave work, by all means thank her. A co-worker saved your butt at work, your teenage son mowed the grass unasked, your mama bought your kids new shoes….say thanks. Your husband actually picked his dirty clothes off the bathroom floor and though it was a small act, it was appreciated greatly? Maybe you should tell him that. And maybe sometimes when you look at your wife or your new baby you can’t imagine loving them any more than you already do…..I bet they would like to know that.

I was never a mushy person…never a hugger or a kisser or a caller, but something about being able to hand a little card or canvas to someone telling them how I feel about them takes the pressure off. And it makes both of us smile. And it makes for some pretty cool ready made art.

Take a stroll through the sentiments I have created and I dare you not to think of one person you could give it to. If you have something you want to say, but don’t know how, convo me and we can come up with something amazing together. If you see something you like but the color combo is all wrong for you, let me know and I’ll make you one in whatever colors you choose.

Unless this little shop of mine really takes off, which would be awesome, all cards, canvases and wood blocks listed are hand-drawn or painted by me and are originals, not prints. Therefore they may not be exactly like the photo, but I’ll get as close as I can. All cards are flat shipped, unless otherwise noted. All cards are frame friendly. (In other words, you can run right out to the Walmart and buy a frame instead of having to get a custom frame for a wonky sized card. You’re welcome.)
