Shipping charges do not include insurance and merchandise damaged in shipping cannot be returned. If you would like to purchase insurance, please send a request using the "contact pourcherie" option from the menu on the right, before you make the purchase.

Any difference in quoted shipping cost and actual shipping cost will be refunded

Returns are accepted in exchange for an item of equal or higher value, only if the return is made within 3 days of purchase in perfect condition. Shipping charges on returns cannot be refunded.

Please use the following guidelines to measure yourself, for the the items in this shop
Bust - Measure around the body, under the arms and over the fullest area the bust.
Waist - Measure around the body at the natural waist line, close to the navel
Hips - Measure around the body, 2.5 inches above the top of the inseam at the fullest part
of the hips
