Pretty Good Things strives to provide excellent customer service, on top of high-quality, unique, fashion-forward, hand-made items for the independent, charismatic, lady of style!

Please make sure you feel comfortable and agree with these terms before placing your order.

Payment

Pretty Good Things uses PayPal.

Nebraska Residents are required to pay 7% sales tax on the entire purchase, including shipping and handling.

Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within the US):
Flat rate, USPS, First-Class, Delivery confirmation: $3.50

It will take approximately 4-6 business days for your package to arrive.

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for me to make any items marked 'made to order'.

Rush shipping available at extra cost. Please inquire.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EVERYWHERE outside the US):
To Canada: Flat rate, USPS, First-Class International: $4.00
To Everywhere else outside US & Canada: Flat rate, USPS, First-Class International $6.50.

I ship using USPS First-Class International Mail and this method does not provide tracking. If tracking is desired for international shipping please inquire for rates.

Approximate delivery time for First-Class International Mail varies. “Normal” is roughly 2 weeks (about 11-14 business days). Note that international customers may experience delays in shipping due to customs anywhere between 3-6 weeks from the ship date. In these instances, it can seem like a package went missing but it is just taking a little longer than anticipated.

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for me to make any items marked 'made to order'.

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information.

Rush shipping or using alternate shipping companies available at extra cost. Please inquire.

MISSING PACKAGES POLICY:
Pretty Good Things is not responsible for packages stolen from your doorstep.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not happy, I'm not happy. Seriously.

You may return your purchase for the full amount paid.

Request to exchange an item must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Send me (Mary) an email or Etsy convo to start the return process.

Exceptions:
Final sale/clearance items are not available for exchange (marked in listing)
Item must show no wear or use and be in the original, new condition.
Pretty Good Things does not honor refunds/exchange requests due to customs fees. I assume you are aware of any potential extra costs prior to purchase and are willing to pay these.

A 50% restocking fee is added to any damaged item due to careless return packaging or if the item is not in its original condition due to wear or use. Please use insurance and delivery confirmation with return shipping as Pretty Good Things does not assume responsibility for returned packages lost in shipping.

CANCELLATIONS:
Please notify prettygoodthings{at}gmail{dot}com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Shipped orders are handled as a refund or exchange. Orders canceled by Pretty Good Things will be refunded the full order amount.

PGT hat SPA APPOINTMENTS:
Included with every purchase is an open invitation to the PGT Spa. This means if at any time your hat needs to be refreshed, pressed, fixed up or pampered back to life contact Mary at prettygoodthings{at}gmail{dot}com to schedule an appointment. We know you take extremely good care of your hat, but lots of love sometimes wears on a hat. Consider this value like a mini spa break for your hat! If a steamroller or ultimate fighter pulverized your hat then it probably needs to go to the hospital versus the spa or if it got all muddy it should just take a bath at home– but email us nonetheless and we’ll talk about any remedies!

RESERVED LISTINGS
Items can be reserved for 5 days. If the payment is not made within 5 days after your Etsy convo or email, I remove the reservation and the listing is open for purchase to the public.

PRIVACY
Pretty Good Things will never ever sell or give your personal information to anyone. Your information will be kept confidential and will not be used for any other purpose than shipping items or contacting you! Your privacy is important to me!

WHOLESALE

COLORS:
I make every effort to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible. However, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display is calibrated in the same way my monitor appears.
