printaddictjapan's Shop Announcement

Print addict began due to a love of printing and of the gocco process and wanting to share this tool with other artists.
The diversity and simplicity of the process attracted me many years ago and I have continued to use the gocco in my own work. Limited by time and space it is perfect.

In the 80's almost every household in Japan used a gocco to produce their New Year cards. Sadly, now most people print them from their computer and most of the high school students I teach
don't know about gocco.
I have used the gocco with elementary students to make Christmas cards with wonderful results. One family decided to start using the process again for their cards.
It really is a simple and magic process and I am sure you will become as addicted as I am.

The announcement by Riso to discontinue production of the gocco units was a sudden one in June of last year. Riso announced they would discontinue manufacture of the PG-5, PG-11 and PG-Arts. The other models were previously discontinued. Riso has said that supplies would be available for the next 5 years.

Printaddict has and is currently building a large stock of supplies with the aim of extending that time frame. I source supplies of discontinued items throughout Japan.

Please understand that every customer is important to me but with the current high demand for gocco and supplies it is sometimes difficult to answer your mail quickly.
Packages are shipped as soon as possible and usually within 2 days of cleared payment.

Payment options- For Australian and European customers-paypal or bank deposit.
For all other locations-paypal

Thank you all for supporting printaddict and allowing me to have
work in an area I truly love.

Happy goccoing....
Ingrid
