Welcome to Print Your Party, I am so excited to offer custom party printables, allowing you to have a beautiful event from beginning to end at a fraction of the cost!
Payment
Please Note- I will not begin working on your design/s until your payment has cleared. Once you complete the etsy transaction you must make sure to follow through to the next step to ensure that the Pay Pal transaction is complete. Turn around time begins once the Pay Pal transaction is complete, not the esty transaction.
*Custom Color & Layouts
Please note, custom color and layout fees include 3 revisions only! If your order is still not right with in the 3 revisions, I am happy to do so at $4 per revision. It is very important that you very clearly describe what you would like. Once a custom order is approved and sent, complimentary revisions will not be made.
As is designs DO NOT include revisions unless of course an error is found on my behalf. Again, if you would like to add revisions on an as is design, I can do so at $4 per revision.
Personalization information, including, design, size, color, and text MUST BE LEFT IN THE MESSAGE TO SELLER BOX AT CHECK OUT. I understand this information is often left in emails and in etsy convos, however as a busy shop, I can not remember what is said in each and every convo and email. I reference this message box to pull your final direction; a reminder to leave your info. in this box will appear during the checkout process.
Shipping
I cannot begin your designs until I have all information and details from the buyer. Please keep in mind that if you delay sending your personalization information, color and font choices, you will delay delivery of your design files.
Files are emailed to the email address on file with etsy. If you prefer we use a different email address, please list an alternate address in the “note to seller box” at check out.
Label sheet orders are shipped to the shipping address on file with pay pal.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to LOVE your printables, if you are in any way not satisfied with your order, please let me know right away. I will do everything I can to make you happy. In general, I only send out proofs on orders that require extensive personalization such as programs, menus and maps or on orders that have paid fees to have additional custom work done, however please know that if you find a typo that was in my error, I will promptly fix it.
Refunds on incomplete orders will only be issued within 30 days of original purchase.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE:
As the buyer, you have the right to make as many copies as you need for your own personal use.
Mass production and commercial use of my printable party designs is prohibited! You MAY NOT by any means resell our designs or profit in any manner. Please do not reproduce our graphics in any way, shape or form- such as on websites, in advertising, in print or in any other form with out my permission.
I ask that you DO NOT forward my printable files off via email into a world of reproduction with out compensation to us as the designers. I have put many hours of time into our creations and they are not free. I am so happy to help people save money during their party planning process, but unfortunately I cannot work for free! Thank you.
