Our orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail , UPS or FedEx depending on weight. Any order exceeding a weight of 13 oz must ship Priority Mail. When multiple items are purchased, we will automatically choose the most cost-effective method to ship your order. We ship USPS for all International orders.

SHIPPING REFUNDS: If you have paid more than it costs to ship, excess shipping charges will be refunded when your order is processed if charges exceed $1.

Shipping Address: Orders will be shipped to the address given on PayPal.

Insurance: ***Packages are NOT insured, so if you wish to purchase shipping insurance in case of lost or damaged packages, please convo me and I will invoice you for the cost of insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns unless I have grossly misrepresented our products. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, we will gladly work with you to resolve the problem.

Disclaimer: Due to the nature of our handmade products, variations in size, color, scent, and/or form are expected and are not considered product flaws.

Our products are formulated with a wide variety of natural ingredients known for their reputed benefits. However, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

INTERNATIONAL orders:
Please familiarize yourself with any possible restrictions on bath and body products shipped to your country. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay due to local customs laws. Import duties and fees (if any) are not included in the shipping price. Please be aware of your customs rules, regulations, and fees before placing your order. We ship USPS for all International orders. If you want to find out about flat rate shipping, please convo me and I can find out how much that would be with the order you have made and adjust the price.
