Trying something new....a preorder option for some of my patterns. You can buy your preorder panel, then I'll construct it within the posted leadtime. Glass will be as close as possible to posted pattern colors, but may vary slightly due to available glass. Feel free to send me feedback on this.

I am currently shipping via UPS, pieces are well packed and insured. I will forward a tracking number once mailed. We will hit the UPS store the next day, but I'll contact you if there is a delay.

If you receive your item broken, please let me know and I will help you on insurance. If it isn't too smashed, I will repair for free (you pay return shipping). I only repair shipping damage for free, and item needs to be shipped back the day after you get it. Please provide pictures of damage.

**If for any reason you are not happy with the item, return it and I will refund your money 100% (less shipping).**

Custom Orders:
Please contact me directly, do not order online.
All custom orders require 50% down, and the final 50% is due when the piece is ready to ship. I will accept personal checks for custom work. Depending on the complexity of the piece, orders could take from 1 week to 6 weeks to deliver.
