Hello, welcome to my etsy shop!
My name is Nina, I make lots of mobiles - all one of a kind and inspired by the landscape. The mobiles are handmade by me with great care in my Sydney studio. I love making the mobiles, finding the colours, balancing and finally packing them up to be sent around the world to bring peace to someone elses space!

Paypal accepted, mobiles will not be shipped without funds clearance. Once payment is made I will contact you and let you know when the mobile will be sent.
I try to ship as soon as possible for items in stock - usually within 3 days of the payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays). Postage to Australia is a few days to a week via registered post. Please contact me if you are in a rush and I will see what I can do!
My shipping listings are non registered airmail. I can also provide tracking and insurance at an additional cost of around $12. If you would like this option please choose this option: https://www.etsy.com/listing/116736226/international-shipping-upgrade, at the moment Etsy does not provide a choice at checkout.
I ship internationally via Australia Post Registered and Non Registered airmail. International Postage to USA is generally 5-15 business days by airmail.
Please note I cannot be held responsible for international lost or stolen parcels.
If the parcel is sent back to me because you did not claim it from your post office, or there was a problem with your post office, you will need to pay for return postage.
All mobiles come packaged in reusable Pukapuka boxes, safe for travelling and are sent in a bubblewrap envelope.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact me within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Unsolicited returns will not be processed.
Any returns would need to retain all packaging, unused and be in perfect order. Registered shipping would need to be organised and paid for by the customer.
Any refund would exclude shipping and merchant fees and needs to be sent via registered mail.
Upon return, the goods will be inspected and a refund made within 14 days (excluding original delivery charge and merchant fees). Customised mobiles are not eligible for return or refund.
I do not refund due to change of mind, please ensure that you read item descriptions before purchase.
