I list all measurements and sizes in each item listing. Please read the descriptions in full, I am very specific. If you are selecting your size from the drop down menu, or an item is listed as a specific size/length - this is the size you will receive, NOT the measurement of your wrist or ankle. I have no idea what your wrist size is, or other body measurements. For bracelets, I suggest adding one inch to an inch and a half to your wrist size for a comfortable fit. Same for ankle bracelets. If you still have questions, please message me before making a purchase, I will gladly help. I am happy to exchange unworn jewelry for another size, but you will be responsible for paying all shipping fees. Return, and re-shipment of a re-sized piece.

Remove jewelry to bathe/shower, swim or sleep, or if you are doing anything that could cause stress to your jewelry. Plated metals (ex.- silver plated beads or clasps) will wear prematurely without proper care and the silver finish will wear off. Avoid over polishing, water, friction, cleaning solutions, chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes and lotions. Keep your jewelry stored in an air tight container/jewelry box, or plastic zip lock bag to prevent tarnishing. Gemstones - They are fragile, and most will fade in direct sunlight. Stretch bracelets - PLEASE gently roll these on and off your wrist, do not pull/stretch out - doing so will cause jewelry stretch cord to fail. Your jewelry will be packaged in either a gift box with ribbon, or an organza gift bag wrapped in tissue paper. If you would like a special card written out for a gift recipient, or something special, please ask me - If I can do this, I am happy to ! I do offer gift wrapping in my shop for a small fee.

At this time, I ship to the United States, and Canada. Any VAT or other applicable taxes charged are remitted to your country, not to me. Please be aware. I ship all orders with USPS, which is United States Postal Service. I do not ship via UPS or FedEx. Please understand that International orders can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to reach you, and I have no control of this. Thank you.

I ship orders quickly - most times within one day of payment clearance. Sometimes, I ship the same day. If I have already shipped your order, I cannot accept a cancellation.

I ship orders using USPS, with tracking. I am not responsible for orders being shipped to an incorrect address. Please make sure you provide the correct address. I do not change, or alter addresses supplied to me when your order is placed. I ship USPS only, I do not ship using UPS, or FedEx, please be aware.

Customer is responsible for return shipping on orders if choosing to exchange or return an item. If exchanging an item, customer is responsible for shipping fee on new item being shipped. Thank you for understanding.
