all items are made in a smoke-free, cat-loving environment

jewelry is not waterproof, try not to get it wet! purpleandlime items are not toys, please keep away from young children.

Payment

PayPal, Etsy Direct Checkout, Google Checkout, and Propay payments accepted. Message me if you want to use Google Checkout or Propay.

Paypal is safe and fast. Please message me if you have any problems checking out or paying and I would be happy to help you! My "other" option during checkout is for local friends paying in person. If you select it no big deal, I will just send you a Paypal invoice. No personal checks/money orders please unless local. thanks!

Illinois residents must pay 9.75% sales tax- this will get added to your payment when checking out via Paypal and Etsy.

Transactions will be canceled after 5 days if payment is not received. I will attempt to contact the you (the buyer) via convo or email and send a Paypal invoice, but if I don't hear back I will have to relist the item and cancel the sale. Please let me know if you are having problems paying/completing checkout and I will be glad to help you! thanks!

Shipping

Shipping fees pay for the postage cost, online tracking in the US, packing materials and gift boxes, etc.

If this is a gift and you want it sent to another address please include this address in your "note to seller" when checking out. I will not print the price on the packing list if it is a gift.

purpleandlime will always send you a confirmation email or message after your purchase, and another when your item has shipped if you ask for one.

Items are sent via USPS, please message me if you prefer another mail carrier or insurance and I will adjust the listing for you or request the difference via Paypal. For US orders I get a tracking number so please inform me if your item does not arrive and I can check it. Shipping rates vary by weight and size of the item, so check each listing for specific shipping rates. Item will be sent asap, Monday if ordered on the weekend. If paying by PayPal, item will be shipped to the address given for "shipping address" when you check out (unless otherwise specified).

Due to new worldwide shipping regulations, your international order may take longer to get thru customs (typically up to 3 or 4 weeks at most). purpleandlime is not responsible for any extra import duties your country may apply on international packages.

In an effort to be eco-friendly, purpleandlime reuses and recycles packaging materials and boxes. Please specify if you have special shipping or packaging requirements. Most jewelry is packed in a gift box (if it fits in one) and shipped in a padded envelope.

Refunds and Exchanges

I offer an exchange/purpleandlime credit if item is defective or breaks. Please message or email me before sending an item back so I am aware of the issue. For clothing or multi-sized items that are too large or too small, purpleandlime will send you a different size at no charge once you send the item back in the original condition. If lost in the mail, purpleandlime will send you another one if possible or contact you to see what you would like instead.

purpleandlime will give you store credit for items lost in the mail. If it is a one-of-a-kind item that breaks I will try to repair it for you if you send it back to me after contacting me for instructions. If you still want a refund it will be issued to you! I want you to be a happy customer!

Colors on the screen may vary due to your monitor settings.

Special requests and custom orders are always welcome! Some custom orders require a deposit or full payment before supplies are purchased, I will let you know when making the order.

Custom laser-cutting generally takes about 3 weeks to be cut and shipped out.

If you want an item in a different color, just ask. Photos of customers wearing purpleandlime are appreciated and will be put on my website!
