CHRISTMAS SHIPPING INFO

With the items in my store, unfortunately I am not sure that shipping would get to the US in time for Christmas at the moment. Of course I am assuming you are in the US... The shipping options are:
Light packet air, which is $7 but there is no "guaranteed" delivery on that one, so you would be taking a chance.
Expedited Air, it takes up to 9 business days, with a cost of $14.
Xpresspost with a 5 business day delivery and it would be $24.

Also folks... I am answering convo's left, right and center about how long packages are taking to get to the US. It is ridiculous how long it takes, but I am helpless to be able to do anything about it. Most packages, unless upgraded shipping has been chosen, are sent out via regular mail and therefore I do not have tracking numbers.

I am finding that the shipping between Canada and the US is taking at least 14-21 business days during most of the year but the mail is running a little slower with it being Christmas.

I have done my best to get each purchase out the either the day of purchase, or the day after purchase. Once it is in the mailbox, I have no control over it.

Hello and welcome to my store selling lampwork glass beads and pandora style charms and bracelets.

My name is Joanne; and I am a stay-at-home mother with two lovely children. I consider myself very fortunate in the fact that I have a wonderful husband who fully supports my craft addictions, and allows me to buy all the crafting supplies that I can sneak into the house ;-) !

I am now sorting my sterling silver charms by theme as follows:
Animals, Family, Food, Love, Ocean, Occupations, and Sports. To search by theme, just put the theme title in my stores search bar above.

I handcraft all of my glass beads in my home studio (oh, who am I kidding, it’s the garage!) in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I use a Cricket torch and oxygen concentrator, along with a multitude of different glasses, tools, frits, powders, and anything else I can get my hands on. My beads are kiln annealed to provide the maximum strength and durability, and they are very meticulously cleaned. I am very particular about the beads that I sell, and they must all pass a rigorous inspection. Besides, with a 4-year-old girl in the house, there is no shortage of uses for any not-so-perfect beads!

I really enjoy making these beads, and I sincerely want you to enjoy the beads you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I offer a full refund of your purchase price. No questions asked!

All Items come from a non-smoking home; we do have a cat and a very large dog, but they don’t smoke either! Thanks so much for spending some time browsing, and please feel free to contact me with any questions or just for a chat.
