5 out of 5 starsThe box came absolutely smashed but the contents had been packed so well they were perfect. The light looks great, better than I’d hoped. We have antique fixtures and this gave the lights a modern look. The black lines make it look really crisp, clean, and sophisticated. I might buy more for other rooms!

How can I help ensure that my delivery is delivered properly?
If your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID, so the shipping status can always be checked online. It's a good idea to keep an eye on the tracking information. If possible, we would like to ask you to include your telephone number when ordering if there are any problems with the delivery. In the event that you live in a building that has its own entrance code for postal delivery, please include it. If the package has not been delivered within 21 days, please contact us directly by email (hello@qnik.de) so that we can contact the shipping company as soon as possible to clarify your case.
