Please note that all the items I sell in my shop are antique or vintage, and therefore are seldom in mint, as-new condition. I strive to provide clear and concise descriptions and to point out anything that could be construed as a flaw. My primary aim in photographing my items is to show their appearance and condition as accurately as possible, even when this results in less aesthetically-appealing photographs.
Please note that while some folks purchase antique and vintage items with the intention of making them look new again, others enjoy vintage and antique items in part because they have acquired the patina of years. With this in mind, I clean all items to the extent that I feel is appropriate, and take closeup photos that show clearly any areas of wear, soiling, etc. I do not alter the condition of items after photographing them, so please expect to receive the item in the condition in which it is photographed.
If you have purchased an item and are not happy with it for any reason, please communicate with me via "convo" (Etsy's message system)--I check my messages at least once a day--so that I may have the opportunity to make things right.
I accept Paypal only but don't have a stringent payment deadline; I only ask that you communicate with me if payment will be delayed. (I'm also usually able to reserve an item if need be.)
Please note that my small carbon footprint can result in slower shipping times. Most items are sent out within a week but sometimes it takes longer--up to ten days in some cases. ***Please do not purchase if this will present a problem for you--I want only happy customers!
I pack carefully and use clean recycled packing materials whenever possible.
I ship worldwide--please email with a postal code for shipping quote. I combine shipping and will ship using the least expensive option available through USPS, although items over $20.00 in value will need to be sent insured via priority mail international.
I'm sorry, but I can't ship any items to Italy unless the item is sent either by priority mail or by registered mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept a return on any item for which I have made a significant error in my description: i.e., a significant flaw that was neither noted in description nor shown clearly in my photos.
Please note that I sell a plethora of vintage items that have either caught my eye or are from my own collections. I love to learn but am not an expert in any field, so if in doubt please convo me for more information, etc. Also, please don't hesitate to convo me with questions about the color of an item, as colors may look different on different monitors, etc.

Lastly, please bear in mind that if you've clicked "Buy" in haste, and afterwards read the entire description and found that the size, color, etc. is not what you wanted, it will be relatively easy for me to cancel the transaction so please don't hesitate to contact me about this before item is shipped.
